Could you be our next lengthsman?

Weston Parish Council is seeking a community-minded individual to take on the role of Lengthsman. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the upkeep and appearance of our parish while playing an important role in supporting local life. The position requires 80 hours of work annually and will be compensated at a rate of £12.50 per hour.

The Lengthsman will carry out a variety of practical tasks to help maintain and improve the local environment, such as keeping footpaths clear, maintaining grassed areas, trimming hedges, while supporting minor maintenance work throughout the village.
